America’s Governmental Spending Bomb

America’s Governmental Spending Bomb.

When she blows, she’ll blow like Krakatoa. It’ll be big, loud, devastating and destroy lots of the known world.

3.5 Trillion dollars of depressive pyrolcastic magma is simmering beneath the ground of the United States economy. She’s ready to blow any time. You can feel the tremors rippling beneath the foundations of our economic base.

Yet Mount Saint Obama and his sister mountains, Mount Pelosi and Mount Ried cry: more magma, more magma!”

Well, we will see what happens.

It’s like President Obama is throwing our children into the fiery caldera as his attempt to appease the Hawaiian fire demigoddess Pele; or is that Pelosi?

President Obama’s lean $3.5 Trillion Budget

President Obama’s  lean $3.5 Trillion Budget

3.5 Trillion dollars; President Obama has rolled out a 3.5 trillion dollar budget that is staggering in it’s size and audacity.  What’s even more startling is that he has the intestinal fortitude to say he resents others saying he’s advocating big government.

Quite honestly, President Obama is sounding like an errant child needing discipline. It’s like when you ask the child who ate the cookies out of the jar and he gets mad at the assertion that anybody could think he might have done it. When you point at the chocolate chips smeared on his face he gets even madder. When you make him watch the video he posted on you tube of his friends feeding him the cookies he says: “ That’s not me.”

The stock market is dropping. Citibank is near collapse.

This budget is like throwing water on a big grease fire. It’s only going to make the grease explode and burn everybody and everything near by.

Nightmare Politicians

Nightmare Politicians

Everybody agrees that former Illinois governor Rod the Blog is a nightmare politician. He is a politician born and raised in the political pornography that is Chicago Politics. Roland Burris, currently-for the time being-junior senator from Illinois is another example of a nightmare politician.

Right now the mob in control of Washington is the spawn of dirty deeds done dirt cheep. They’re also running the place like a peep show from hooker lane in downtown Chicago. Mobs are unruly things. They can take on a life of their own and riotous actions and reactions run amuck.

The problem with nightmare politicians is that they are deep in denial and claim no responsibility for what they do or the consequences of what they’ve brought upon everybody else. It usually all comes down to this: No money, no love. If you want to play, you got to pay-unless you got something we can use to help keep the peep show running.

Keeping the gravy train running and the peep show peeping is what it's all about to the President and his posse in Congress.

Do you believe President Obama?

Do you believe President Obama?

That was the question my grandson asked me this morning as I drove him to his school. A stunning question from an eight year old.

I responded, “Before I answer that question let me ask, do you?”

He paused a minute. “Well, he says so many conflicting things. First he says we spend too much money, they he says we’re going to spend lots more. That doesn’t make sense.”

My grand son is grappling with one of the sad truths of today. We don’t expect politicians to tell the truth or keep their promises today. Often we don’t expect most people to tell the truth or keep their promises today.

The young man continued: “He’s just saying what he thinks we want to hear.”

I finally answered his question: “No, I don’t believe President Obama.”

“Me neither, but let’s keep praying for him, just like the bible says.”

I smiled. No wonder I love that boy.

Thinking outside of the box will save the United States.

Thinking outside of the box will save the United States

Spending until you drop from bankruptcy will not save the United States. Neither will speaking about conservative ideas you claim have but never really put into practice.

Electing liars, thieves and goons to political office won’t save the United States. Unfortunately about 95 percent of our elected officials, in both parties, fall into this category.

Tabloid media will not save the United States. Unfortunately, most of our media these days is of the tabloid variety.

Today, things like integrity, truthfulness, honesty and respect are practices that are in effect-outside of the box.

If you excel in sales, marketing, public relations and managing the behavior and feelings of others, you do well.

Cattle drivers are what our leaders are today. They’re herding the masses from point A to point B for slaughter.

Aren’t you tired of being treated like a cow?

I wished I trusted Republicans.

I wished I trusted Republicans.

But I don’t; because they lost the presidency and congress for good reason.

Conservative ideas require sacrifice to be successful. Many Americans no longer welcome the idea of sacrifice. We like fast food, fast solutions, fast relationships, fast cars, fast bucks and fast living.

Skill that takes ten years or more to perfect has lost it’s allure.

The former President W Bush spent like there was no tomorrow. Nobody put a gun to his head and forced him to spend.

Detroit was mismanaged for decades.

Wall Street has proven to be built on a soft foundation.

The banking system has been mismanaged for years, nobody put a gun to their head and forced them to make sub prime loans. Nobody forced anybody to purchase mortgage backed securities.

When Republicans get their teeth kicked in they run back to pretending to be conservative. Guess what? I no longer believe them.

Congress, President nationalize laws of Arithmetic.

Congress, President nationalize laws of Arithmetic.

Business as usual.

In Obama world, two plus two does not equal four. It equals whatever you want it to equal. When you add up the things that President Obama and the Democrat Congress are spending and are going to spend the numbers do not add up.

Does the media care? No.

Do average Americans care? Not yet. It remains to be seen when or even if the public will ever care.

So, when my grandson who is practicing long addition and multiplication adds up the numbers in the stimulus and proposed future bills, and they don’t add up, what do I tell him? When my grand son asks if the President’s calculator is broken or maybe it needs new batteries, what do I tell him?

Do I tell him the truth, which is that the president is being dishonest?

How is it that we have become so used to lies that we tolerate them when they even contradict the basic laws of arithmetic?

Tax and Spend , Cut the Military.

Tax and Spend , Cut the Military.

Tax and Spend, tax and spend, tax and spend. Cut the military, cut the military, cut the military.

When it comes down to it, nothing has changed for the Liberals or the Obama administration. Old failed ideas with a new coat of paint and inferior bones that couldn’t hold water before and still can’t hold water now ride again.

We’re going to have a 2 to three trillion dollar budget deficit on top of our already big deficit and somehow Obama will cut that in half within three years-mostly on the back of the military, he says.

Guess what, the military won’t exist at all if we bleed 1 and a half trillion form the military budget over the next three years. That would be like sending the army and navy into mothballs and hoping the Marine corps and Air force and do it alone.

Has President Obama been using Michael Phelps bong in the White House? Is he growing his beloved Maui Wowie under grow lights in the basement of 1600 Pennsylvania avenue?  He’s sounding like a man who’s had too many hashish bong hits and too much cocaine. What he’s saying doesn’t make sense.

President Obama does throw a mean party. I just wish he wouldn’t suspend the basic laws of arithmetic when he throws out crazy ideas.

World markets have no confidence in President Obama.

World markets have no confidence in President Obama.

The djia is down, down, down. Housing prices are down, down, down. Jobs are being lost at an alarming rate and President Obama is in La-La land. The former United States of America has adopted Marxist economics as their standard and the capitalist markets which the country still depend upon are gasping for air.

The good ship USS Obama has run aground on an immense iceberg and is taking water on at a catastrophic rate. Still the President and Congress are saying: Yes we’re going under but listen to that lovely socialist music as we slip under water; and oh yes, there aren’t enough seats on the life boats for the people but we’ll make space for us few stars of the socialist revolution of 2009.

Now is a good time to begin to think about how to survive the socialist disaster of the former United States of America  in 2009, 2010, 2011 and beyond. Hopefully we’ve all been thinking about how to survive this catastrophe for a ling time before now, but if we haven’t start now.

Since the USS Obama has hit a disaster most likely to sink her, I call upon the American people to let me know how they plan to survive the revolution. Please, let me know and we’ll spread the hope.

GREAT DEPRESSION II

GREAT DEPRESSION II

Welcome to the great depression 2. Inflation is on the run, the stock market has tanked, millions are loosing jobs, Liberals are dancing in the streets, home foreclosures are skyrocketing, banks are failing and politics in Chicago are still as corrupt as a living sewer.

Erick Holder was right, Americans are cowards when dealing with race. Many black people feel offended and hurt by what they perceive as racism, and many white people are tired of being blamed for what they see as moral weakness in some poor African Americans.

I think Erick Holder is unfit to serve as Attorney General. Not because he’s black but because of his beliefs, views, philosophical bent and content of his character.

It is virtually impossible for a white man to judge the content of a black man’s character without being called racist. Neither black America nor white America are ready to confront this.

How do you navigate in uncharted waters? We are in uncharted economic waters. The laws of popular economics seem to have been suspended. Popular culture, popular economics and popular psychology all seem to have failed us.

The President has elected to send in the biggest spending battle ships in history to try to navigate very shallow waters. His philosophy looks like Lyndon Johnson’s plan to win the Viet Nam War. It looks good to some on paper, and the best schoolhouse boys think it might work, but to me it looks like an Edsel.

Is Chicago and Illinois as Corrupt as it looks?

Is Chicago and Illinois as Corrupt as it looks?

In a word, YES!

The political machine in Illinois is utterly corrupt. It has been for many, many years and I don’t think it will change anytime soon.

Is Frankenstein’s monster a monster? Why yes it is. Does Dracula suck vital blood from his victims? Yes he does.

What really surprises me is that anybody believes the stench of  infection in political life here isn’t as bad as it is. The new city inspector general finds a entire warehouse of prescription drugs missing in Chicago and another functionally illiterate politically employee claims there is nothing wrong.

The Governor is dirty in Illinois. The Mayor is dirty in Chicago. The Junior Senator is dirty in Illinois. The fabric of political life here is chronically infected with disease and is probably immune to any cure.

You can be a stupid, functionally illiterate dirt bag from Chicago and be elected to congress, the governor’s office, the mayor’s office, the United States Senate; heck even President.

California bankrupt-Illinois a laughing stock

California bankrupt-Illinois a laughing stock

I used to live in California. I moved because the cost of living was too high, the taxes were tool high and I got tired of being accused of stealing part of Mexico from the Mexicans.  Now California teeters on the  brink of disaster from years of political fiscal irresponsibility. A friend of mine recently told me that for the first time ever the idea of leaving the golden state is looking better and better.

Now I live in rural Illinois. I really like rural Illinois, its quiet and peaceful but it does get cold here. One of the pleasures people in rural Illinois enjoys is watching the corruption in Chicago. The city operates like a big sucking caldron of graft and theft. It’s a place where the illiterate and incompetent think of themselves as kings and queens and treat the public trust as their own goose that laid the golden egg.

Yet, Chicago is still an intriguing place; yes the government is utterly corrupt, the incompetent run the place, it costs $6.50 an hour to park downtown on the street, and the U.S, attorney is looking to bring down the mayor. But that is part of it’s charm.

The So-Called Stimulus Bill

The So-Called Stimulus Bill

Frankly, I’m sick of hearing all about the so-called stimulus bill. The more I read of the bill the sicker I get. It’s like listening to a dear loved one who chooses to forgo real medical treatment for a critical disease, but decides to spend their remaining days wildly spending whatever cash they can get their hands on.

Remember, the Titanic’s band played on as she slid went under the water; to her doom; taking most of the crew and most of the passengers with her. Nancy Pelosi, Harry Ried and President Obama are leading the band in beautiful, but fruitless music.

So, what do you do when the economy the democrats are pretending to save with means proven to fail; what do you do when the economy that didn’t respond to wild wasteful spending goes under? The answer is swim.

The next question is: How do you swim when the water is on fire and freezing at the same time? The answer to that is yet to be written.

“ HOGZILLA” The Stimulus Bill Fine Print.

“ HOGZILLA” The Stimulus Bill Fine Print.

When I took business law in college I remember the admonition of the professor: “ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT.”

There are over 1000 pages of fine print in this bill. None of us got to read it. Now we’re stuck with a huge sub prime mortgage of a so-called stimulus waiting to melt down.

Sadly, a majority of the American People seem not to care.

There are some things in Hogzilla’s belly that really will stimulate our economy, but I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s time to join the government. When the depression hits full force, at least we’ll be able to eat. The average citizen might not, but government workers will taste the sweet meat of prime pork.
